The Southwood Knights baseball squad (Wabash, IN), was overwhelmed 17-11 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN)

With the triumph, Manchester moves its record to 12-12 on the season. The Squires host Central Noble (Albion, IN) to confront the Cougars in a non-league contest on Saturday, May 24. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 5-13.

The Knights now possess a 0-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northfield for a non-league contest on Thursday, May 29. Southwood will confront a Norsemen squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Fremont (Fremont, IN). The Norsemen record now stands at 11-16.
