May 23, 2025: Millbury, OH 43447 The Lake Flyers overwhelmed the visiting Rossford Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 10-4 in Friday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Flyers meet the Clyde Fliers (Clyde, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, May 24. Lake will attempt to upgrade on its 26-3 season record. The Fliers go into the challenge with a 21-6 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Genoa Area (Genoa, OH).
The Bulldogs (7-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Fostoria (Fostoria, OH). The Redmen go into the Northern Buckeye challenge with a 2-20 record. In their last challenge, Fostoria was routed by Genoa Area (Genoa, OH), 16-15, in a league challenge.
