May 23, 2026: Stephenson, MI 49887 The Menominee Maroons triumphed over the host Stephenson Eagles softball squad by a count of 20-9 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Maroons play the Escanaba Eskymos (Escanaba, MI) in a Great Northern U.P. challenge, on Tuesday, May 26. Menominee will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Eskymos enter the challenge with a 15-5 record after their 13-0 league win over Gladstone (Gladstone, MI).
The Eagles (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Bark River-Harris (Harris, MI). The Broncos enter the Central Upper Peninsula challenge with a 10-7 record. In their last challenge, Bark River-Harris overcame Superior Central (Eben Junction, MI), 14-11, in a non-league challenge.
