May 24, 2022: Frederick, MD 21701 Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) and the host Governor Thomas Johnson Patriots (Frederick, MD), saw Chesapeake's baseball squad knock off Governor Thomas Johnson by a count of 6-2.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the Towson Generals (Towson, MD) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, May 28. Chesapeake will attempt to move on its 18-3 season record. The Generals enter the battle with a 17-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Reservoir (Fulton, MD).
The Patriots now possess a 15-5 record.
