May 25, 2022: Russiaville, IN 46979 Spectators at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Western Panthers (Russiaville, IN) and the visiting Peru Tigers (Peru, IN), saw Western's baseball squad knock off Peru by a count of 9-2.
Coming up next, the Panthers play the Maconaquah Braves (Bunker Hill, IN) in a non-league battle, on Monday, May 30. Western will attempt to move on its 25-2 season record. The Braves enter the battle with a 9-15 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to McCutcheon (Lafayette, IN).
The Tigers now possess a 8-14 record.
