Coloma Comets (Coloma, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting River Valley Mustangs (Three Oaks, MI), 5-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Coloma upgrades its record to 15-22 on the season. The Comets travel to Allegan (Allegan, MI) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 30. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 7-8. Allegan won 18-3 in their recent non-league test against Comstock (Kalamazoo, MI)

With the defeat, River Valley falls to 12-20 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Parchment (Parchment, MI) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Saturday, May 27. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 20-6. Parchment lost 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Mattawan (Mattawan, MI)
