Auburn Eagles (Riner, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Craig County Rockets (New Castle, VA), 10-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 21-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to George Wythe for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 29. Auburn will battle a Maroons squad coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA). The Maroons record now stands at 12-11.

With the loss, Craig County falls to 7-11 on the campaign.
