Iowa High School Softball - Lisbon bounces Mt. Pleasant
May 25, 2024: Lisbon, IA 52253 The Lisbon Lions routed the visiting Mt. Pleasant Panthers softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Lions (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against North Linn (Troy Mills, IA). The Lynx go into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, North Linn notched a victory over Kee (Lansing, IA), 7-0, in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Washington for a Southeast battle on Tuesday, May 28. Mt. Pleasant will meet a Demons squad coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Cardinal (Eldon, IA). The Demons record now stands at 2-1.
