Illinois High School Softball - Back of the Yards College Prep knocked off by St. Laurence
May 26, 2023: Burbank, IL 60459 In Friday's non-league contest, the St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Back of the Yards College Prep Bobcats (Chicago, IL), by a margin of 21-0.
With the triumph, St. Laurence moves its record to 23-5 on the year. The Vikings host Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to play the Roadrunners in a non-league contest on Tuesday, May 30. The Roadrunners come into the contest with a record of 10-23. Nazareth Academy won 9-6 in their recent non-league contest against De La Salle (Chicago, IL)
