The Bordentown Scotties routed the host Metuchen Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 9-2 in Friday's non-league battle.

The Scotties (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ). The Highlanders go into the non-league battle with a 12-2 record. In their last battle, Governor Livingston nudged Johnson (Clark, NJ), 6-5, in a non-league battle.
