Anchor Bay Tars (Fair Haven, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Romeo Bulldogs (Romeo, MI), 6-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Anchor Bay upgrades its record to 14-11 on the season. The Tars travel to Utica (Utica, MI) to battle the Chieftains in a non-league test on Wednesday, June 2. The Chieftains come into the test with a record of 25-12. Utica lost 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI)

With the defeat, Romeo falls to 14-11 on the season. The Bulldogs host Utica Ford (Sterling Heights, MI) to battle the Falcons in a Macomb Area - White test on Friday, May 28. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 25-6. Utica Ford won 10-0 in their recent non-league test against Fraser (Fraser, MI)
