In Monday's non-league challenge, the Cowan Blackhawks (Muncie, IN) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Tri-Central Trojans (Sharpsville, IN), by a final score of 7-0.

With the win, Cowan upgrades its record to 13-12 on the season. The Blackhawks travel to Wes-Del (Gaston, IN) to battle the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Monday, May 27. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 12-10. Wes-Del won 16-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Anderson Prep Academy (Anderson, IN)

With the defeat, Tri-Central falls to 5-13 on the season.
