May 27, 2025: Wheatland, IA 52777 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Monticello Panthers (Monticello, IA) and the host Calamus-Wheatland Warriors (Wheatland, IA), saw Monticello's baseball team gain a win over Calamus-Wheatland by a tally of 10-0.
The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Regina (Iowa City, IA). The Regals enter the River Valley - South battle with a 2-1 record. In their last battle, Regina was overwhelmed by Clear Creek-Amana (Tiffin, IA), 7-2, in a non-league battle.
