The North Yarmouth Academy Panthers softball team scored 14 runs and held the host Sacopee Valley Hawks to 12 in the Panthers non-league win on Tuesday.

The Panthers now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Dominic for a Class D South battle on Wednesday, May 28. North Yarmouth Academy will confront a Saints team coming off a 19-12 non-league win over Mount Abram (Strong, ME). The Saints record now stands at 9-3.

With the loss, Sacopee Valley moves to 0-11 on the season. The Hawks travel to Old Orchard Beach (Old Orchard Beach, ME) to confront the Seagulls in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 29. The Seagulls come into the battle with a record of 2-7. Old Orchard Beach lost 25-0 in their recent non-league battle against Buckfield (Buckfield, ME)
