May 28, 2024: Wrentham, MA 02093 Hopkinton Hillers (Hopkinton, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host King Philip Regional Warriors (Wrentham, MA), 4-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hopkinton upgrades its record to 18-4 on the season.
With the defeat, King Philip Regional drops to 11-10 on the campaign. The Warriors host North Attleborough (North Attleborough, MA) to play the Rocketeers in a Hockomock - Kelley-Rex battle on Wednesday, May 29. The Rocketeers enter the battle with a record of 9-11.
