Michigan High School Softball - Sacred Heart Academy sneaks past Central
May 28, 2025: Bay City, MI 48708 In Wednesday's non-league contest, the visiting Sacred Heart Academy Irish softball squad scored a close 4-3 triumph over the Central Wolves.
With the triumph, Sacred Heart Academy improves its record to 22-5 on the year. The Irish host Coleman (Coleman, MI) to face the Comets in a Mid-State contest on Friday, May 30. The Comets enter the contest with a record of 19-19. Coleman won 7-6 in their recent non-league contest against McBain (McBain, MI)
The Wolves now hold a 8-13 record. They play next when they travel to Swartz Creek for a non-league contest on Friday, May 30. Central will face a Dragons squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over New Lothrop (New Lothrop, MI). The Dragons record now stands at 8-16.
