Illinois High School Softball - Seneca loses to St. Joseph-Ogden
May 29, 2021: St. Joseph, IL 61873 The St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Seneca Fighting Irish to 4 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, St. Joseph-Ogden improves its record to 25-6 on the year. The Spartans host Illinois Valley Central (Chillicothe, IL) to clash with the Grey Ghosts in a Illini Prairie game on Monday, May 31. The Grey Ghosts come into the game with a record of 10-10. Illinois Valley Central won 6-0 in their recent non-league game against Dunlap (Dunlap, IL)
In their next game, the Fighting Irish clash with the Midland Timberwolves (Varna, IL) in a Tri-County game, on Tuesday, June 1. Seneca will attempt to improve on its 20-4 season record.
