New Jersey High School Baseball - Lower Cape May holds off Cedar Creek
May 29, 2024: Cape May, NJ 08204 Lower Cape May Tigers (Cape May, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Cedar Creek Pirates (Egg Harbor City, NJ), 6-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lower Cape May upgrades its record to 15-11 on the season. The Tigers travel to Seneca (Tabernacle, NJ) to battle the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, May 31. The Golden Eagles come into the test with a record of 16-10. Seneca won 4-1 in their recent non-league test against Sterling (Somerdale, NJ)
With the defeat, Cedar Creek falls to 16-11 on the season.
