May 29, 2024: Fairfax, VA 22031 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Woodson Cavaliers (Fairfax, VA) and the visiting Lake Braddock Bruins (Burke, VA), saw Woodson's soccer squad knock off Lake Braddock by a margin of 3-1.
The Cavaliers now sport a 13-1 record. They play next when they travel to Lewis for a non-league test on Friday, May 31. Woodson will meet a Lancers squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over South County (Lorton, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 18-0.
With the loss, Lake Braddock drops to 10-6 on the season.
