May 29, 2025: Garden Grove, IA 50103 In Thursday's non-league bout, the Twin Cedars Sabers (Bussey, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Mormon Trail Saints (Garden Grove, IA), by a score of 25-0.
Next up, the Sabers encounter the Moulton-Udell Eagles (Moulton, IA) in a Bluegrass - East bout, on Tuesday, June 3. Twin Cedars will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record.
The Saints (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Murray (Murray, IA). The Mustangs enter the Bluegrass - West bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Murray achieved victory over Melcher-Dallas (Melcher, IA), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
