In Tuesday's league test, the host Thornton Academy Trojans lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Gorham Rams.

The Trojans now have a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cape Elizabeth for a Class A South test on Friday, June 2. Thornton Academy will face a Capers squad coming off a 12-4 non-league loss to Freeport (Freeport, ME). The Capers record now stands at 4-9.

In their next game, the Rams face the North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) in a Class C test, on Friday, June 2. Gorham will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 8-5 record after their 11-8 league win over Wells (Wells, ME).
