May 30, 2023: Portland, ME 04102 The Waynflete Flyers lacrosse team scored 12 points and held the visiting Gorham Rams to 0 in the Flyers non-league win on Tuesday.
The Flyers (10-2) will now prepare for their match against North Yarmouth Academy (Yarmouth, ME). The Panthers go into the Class C match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, North Yarmouth Academy was overwhelmed by Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME), 10-9, in a non-league match.
The Rams (5-8) will now prepare for their match against Windham (Windham, ME). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 8-8 record. In their last match, Windham was overwhelmed by Portland (Portland, ME), 12-9, in a league match.
