Ohio High School Baseball - Waynedale gets by South Range
May 30, 2024: Apple Creek, OH 44606 Waynedale Golden Bears (Apple Creek, OH) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting South Range Raiders (Canfield, OH), 4-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Waynedale upgrades its record to 16-7 on the season. The Golden Bears travel to Perry (Perry, OH) to battle the Pirates in a non-league test on Friday, May 31. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 22-6. Perry won 9-8 in their recent non-league test against Norwayne (Creston, OH)
With the defeat, South Range falls to 20-9 on the season.
