May 30, 2025: Colo, IA 50056 Colo-NESCO Royals (Colo, IA) fans left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting GMG Wolverines (Garwin, IA), 11-9 in a league match.
With the triumph, Colo-NESCO advances its record to 3-2 on the season. The Royals travel to North Tama (Traer, IA) to battle the Redhawks in a Iowa Star - South match on Monday, June 2. The Redhawks come into the match with a record of 3-3. North Tama lost 8-4 in their recent league match against Collins-Maxwell (Maxwell, IA)
The Wolverines now have a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Baxter for a Iowa Star - South match on Monday, June 2. GMG will battle a squad coming off a 8-7 league win over BCLUW (Conrad, IA). The record now stands at 3-1.
