Iowa High School Baseball - St. Ansgar wallops Osage
May 30, 2025: Osage, IA 50461 The St. Ansgar Saints baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Osage Green Devils to 2 in the Saints non-league win on Friday.
The Saints now hold a 5-0 record. They take the field next when they host North Butler for a non-league test on Tuesday, June 3. St. Ansgar will play a Bearcats team coming off a 11-9 non-league loss to Central Springs (Manly, IA). The Bearcats record now stands at 1-4.
With the defeat, Osage drops to 1-4 on the year. The Green devils host West Hancock (Britt, IA) to play the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, June 3. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-1. West Hancock won 11-6 in their recent league test against Garner-Hayfield/Ventura (Garner, IA)
