May 31, 2022: New Britain, CT 06053 Coventry Patriots (Coventry, CT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Academy of Science and Innovation Ravens (New Britain, CT), 17-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Coventry upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Patriots host Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Wednesday, June 1. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 11-10. Old Lyme won 16-2 in their recent non-league test against Whitney RVT (Hamden, CT)
With the defeat, Academy of Science and Innovation falls to 0-4 on the season.
