New York High School Baseball - Inwood nips John Jay
May 31, 2022: New York, NY Inwood Gators (New York, NY) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting John Jay Patriots (Hopewell Junction, NY), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Inwood upgrades its record to 17-2 on the season. The Gators travel to Washington (New York, NY) to battle the Trojans in a non-league test on Friday, June 3. The Trojans come into the test with a record of 1-0. Washington won 7-1 in their recent league test against Inwood (New York, NY)
With the defeat, John Jay falls to 11-12 on the season.
