The McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA) baseball the host Pleasant Valley Vikings (Chico, CA), 11-7 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Lions encounter the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs (San Jose, CA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, June 2. McClatchy will attempt to better on its 29-4 season record. The Monarchs come into the contest with a 22-10 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Clovis East (Clovis, CA).
