May 31, 2022: Bolivar, NY 14715 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Bolivar-Richburg Wolverines (Bolivar, NY) and the visiting Oakfield-Alabama Hornets (Oakfield, NY), saw Bolivar-Richburg's softball squad nip Oakfield-Alabama by a count of 7-4.
The Wolverines now sport a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Avon for a non-league match on Wednesday, June 1. Bolivar-Richburg will face a Braves squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NY). The Braves record now stands at 18-1.
With the loss, Oakfield-Alabama falls to 3-2 on the campaign.
