May 31, 2024: Chesapeake, VA 23323 Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Cosby Titans (Midlothian, VA), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Grizzlies now own a 21-0 record.
With the loss, Cosby falls to 17-6 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Battlefield (Haymarket, VA) to face the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 4. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a record of 22-2. Battlefield won 3-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Osbourn Park (Manassas, VA)
