Connecticut High School Softball - Oxford bounces Stonington
May 31, 2024: Stonington, CT 06379 The Oxford Wolverines routed the host Stonington Bears softball squad by a count of 9-2 in Friday's non-league battle.
The Wolverines (16-8) will now prepare for their battle against Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT). The Hawks go into the Naugatuck Valley - Brass battle with a 21-3 record. In their last battle, Woodland Regional nudged Plainville (Plainville, CT), 12-6, in a non-league battle.
The Bears now sport a 17-7 record.
