Chariho Chargers (Wood River Junction, RI) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the visiting Johnston Panthers (Johnston, RI), 18-1 in a non-league test.

The Chargers now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rogers for a non-league test on Wednesday, June 2. Chariho will face a Vikings squad coming off a 10-9 non-league loss to St. Mary Academy-Bay View (East Providence, RI). The Vikings record now stands at 3-4.
