The Pomperaug Panthers lacrosse squad (Southbury, CT), was overwhelmed 19-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host East Lyme Vikings (East Lyme, CT)

Coming up next, the Vikings meet the Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, June 5. East Lyme will attempt to improve on its 14-6 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 18-3 record after their 16-4 non-league win over Lyman Hall (Wallingford, CT).

The Panthers now sport a 10-8 record.
