In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Somers Spartans lacrosse squad scored a good 23-10 victory over the Northwest Catholic Lions.

The Spartans now have a 8-7 record. They play next when they travel to St. Paul Catholic for a non-league game on Saturday, June 5. Somers will encounter a Falcons team coming off a 15-3 non-league win over Lewis Mills (Burlington, CT). The Falcons record now stands at 12-3.
