June 2, 2025: North Branford, CT 06471 The North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) baseball trounced the visiting Kolbe-Cathedral Cougars (Bridgeport, CT), 10-0 in Monday's non-league challenge.
The Thunderbirds now own a 21-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oxford for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 3. North Branford will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 10-0 league loss to St. Paul Catholic (Bristol, CT). The Wolverines record now stands at 10-10.
With the defeat, Kolbe-Cathedral drops to 5-11 on the year.
