The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Leo Lions (Leo, IN) and the host Yorktown Tigers (Yorktown, IN), saw Leo's softball squad nip Yorktown by a count of 4-1.

The Lions now sport a 26-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Prairie for a non-league match on Saturday, June 3. Leo will face a Cougars squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Tippecanoe Valley (Akron, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 28-5.

With the loss, Yorktown falls to 17-9 on the campaign.
