June 4, 2022: Old Tappan, NJ 07675 NV - Old Tappan Golden Knights (Old Tappan, NJ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Garfield Boilermakers (Garfield, NJ), 8-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, NV - Old Tappan upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Golden Knights travel to Montville (Montville, NJ) to battle the Mustangs in a non-league test on Tuesday, June 7. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 13-3. Montville won 6-5 in their recent non-league test against Pascack Valley (Hillsdale, NJ)
With the defeat, Garfield falls to 9-4 on the season.
