June 4, 2025: Le Grand, IA 50142 The East Marshall Mustangs baseball squad (Le Grand, IA), was overwhelmed 7-1 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the visiting Dike-New Hartford Wolverines (Dike, IA)
With the triumph, Dike-New Hartford moves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Wolverines travel to Aplington-Parkersburg (Parkersburg, IA) to confront the Falcons in a North Iowa Cedar - Central contest on Thursday, June 5. The Falcons come into the contest with a record of 1-4. Aplington-Parkersburg lost 5-4 in their recent non-league contest against Sumner-Fredericksburg (Sumner, IA)
The Mustangs now possess a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Grundy Center for a North Iowa Cedar - West contest on Thursday, June 5. East Marshall will confront a Spartans squad coming off a 19-8 non-league win over Jesup (Jesup, IA). The Spartans record now stands at 8-0.
