Maine High School Softball - Freeport topped by North Yarmouth Academy
June 4, 2025: Freeport, ME 04032 North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Freeport Falcons (Freeport, ME), 14-4 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, North Yarmouth Academy upgrades its record to 13-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Vinalhaven (Vinalhaven, ME) to play the Vikings in a non-league game on Thursday, June 12. The Vikings enter the game with a record of 8-5. Vinalhaven lost 16-6 in their recent league game against Carrabec (North Anson, ME)
The Falcons now own a 5-1 record.
