Connecticut High School Softball - Plainville succumbs to New Fairfield
June 4, 2025: New Fairfield, CT 06812 In Wednesday's non-league test, the New Fairfield Rebels (New Fairfield, CT) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT), by a tally of 12-1.
Next, the Rebels confront the Nonnewaug Chiefs (Woodbury, CT) in a non-league battle, on Friday, June 6. New Fairfield will attempt to move on its 9-12 season record. The Chiefs come into the battle with a 24-1 record after their 5-0 non-league win over Wolcott (Wolcott, CT).
With the loss, Plainville moves to 12-9 on the season.
