June 5, 2024: West Springfield, MA 01089 West Springfield Terriers (West Springfield, MA) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Doherty Memorial Highlanders (Worcester, MA), 3-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Terriers battle the Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA) in a Western Mass. North match, on Saturday, June 8. West Springfield will attempt to advance on its 12-6 season record. The Bombers come into the match with a 19-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Randolph (Randolph, MA).
With the loss, Doherty Memorial drops to 13-3 on the campaign.
