June 7, 2025: Boone, IA 50036 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Boone Toreadors (Boone, IA) and the visiting Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont Rockets (Eddyville, IA), observed Boone's softball team get by Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont by a tally of 6-4.
The Toreadors (7-2) will now prepare for their bout against Carlisle (Carlisle, IA). The Wildcats go into the Raccoon River bout with a 9-4 record. In their last bout, Carlisle by Pleasant Valley (Pleasant Valley, IA), 10-5, in a non-league bout.
