Maranacook Black Bears (Readfield, ME) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Maine Central Institute Huskies (Pittsfield, ME), 16-4 in a non-league battle.

The Black Bears now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waynflete for a non-league battle on Friday, June 10. Maranacook will clash with a Flyers squad coming off a 22-3 non-league win over Lake Region (Naples, ME). The Flyers record now stands at 8-5.
