June 8, 2024: Madrid, IA 50156 Madrid Tigers (Madrid, IA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Des Moines North Polar Bears (Des Moines, IA), 17-11 in a non-league test.
With the win, Madrid upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Tigers host Ogden (Ogden, IA) to battle the Bulldogs in a West Central test on Monday, June 10.
