June 9, 2023: Buckingham, VA 23921 Spectators at Friday's non-league battle between the Patrick County Cougars (Stuart, VA) and the host Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA), saw Patrick County's baseball squad beat Buckingham by a margin of 10-3.
Coming up next, the Cougars play the Poquoson Islanders (Poquoson, VA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, June 10. Patrick County will attempt to better on its 24-5 season record. The Islanders enter the battle with a 19-6 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Alleghany (Covington, VA).
The Knights now sport a 18-3 record.
