Massachusetts High School Baseball - Westfield defeats Hopkinton
June 9, 2024: Westfield, MA 01085 Westfield Bombers (Westfield, MA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Sunday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Hopkinton Hillers (Hopkinton, MA), 7-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Westfield upgrades its record to 21-2 on the season. The Bombers travel to Plymouth North (Plymouth, MA) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Tuesday, June 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 22-3. Plymouth North won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Norwood (Norwood, MA)
With the defeat, Hopkinton falls to 20-5 on the season.
