The Spartans now own a 13-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ankeny Centennial for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, June 11.
With the defeat, Davenport Central drops to 3-8 on the year. The Blue devils travel to Anamosa (Anamosa, IA) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 10. The Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 5-4. Anamosa lost 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Alburnett (Alburnett, IA)
