June 9, 2025: Fairfield, IA 52556 The Fairfield Trojans (Fairfield, IA) baseball trounced the visiting Washington Demons (Washington, IA), 9-0 in Monday's league challenge.
The Trojans now own a 8-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Williamsburg for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, June 10.
With the defeat, Washington drops to 2-5 on the year. The Demons host Fort Madison (Fort Madison, IA) to clash with the Bloodhounds in a Southeast challenge on Thursday, June 12. The Bloodhounds go into the challenge with a record of 2-10.
