Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) and the host Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA), witnessed Page County's softball squad tip Dan River by a count of 3-2.

The Panthers now sport a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Appomattox County for a non-league match on Saturday, June 11. Page County will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 11-0 non-league win over Randolph-Henry (Charlotte Court House, VA). The Raiders record now stands at 23-0.
