Iowa High School Softball - GMG bounces South Tama County
June 10, 2025: Tama, IA 52339 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the GMG Wolverines (Garwin, IA) and the host South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), observed GMG's softball team get by South Tama County by a tally of 8-1.
The Wolverines (6-4) will now prepare for their bout against Janesville (Janesville, IA). The Wildcats go into the non-league bout with a 7-5 record. In their last bout, Janesville tipped Baxter (Baxter, IA), 9-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the Solon Spartans (Solon, IA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, June 11. South Tama County will attempt to advance on its 0-9 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 9-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Regina (Iowa City, IA).
